MA VISUAL ARTS CAMBERWELL

Welcome to the 2009 Summer Show Online Catalogue of CAMBERWELL College of Arts. The MA Visual Arts Course offers pathways in Book Arts, Conservation, Designer-Maker, Digital Arts, Drawing, Graphic Design, Illustration, Printmaking and Transnational Arts. There is also a Postgraduate Diploma course in Conservation. The Fine Art pathway will be available this coming 2009-2010 year, and Drawing will be relocating to Wimbledon this September 2009 as part of the CCW (Camberwell/Chelsea/Wimbledon) Graduate School Planning. The equal weight that our pathways give to traditional and innovative practice has earned widespread praise; a characteristic strengthened through links with leading practitioners in every field.

Elizabeth’s work explores the artist’s role as documenter, cartographer and storyteller. She uses motifs and symbols from my every day experiences to construct narratives that map my physical and emotional journey. Elizabeth works in printmaking, textiles, drawing, painting and illustration.
